There is no cost passed onto the property owner.  Smith Outdoor Advertising will pay for ALL cost regarding building the sign structure, illumination and maintenance.

Only minimal space required:

Smith Outdoor Advertising will work with property owners to minimize the amount of space that would be taken up with one of our sign structures.

Maintenance:

Our sign structures are designed to be low to maintenance free; however, it would be the responsibility of Smith Outdoor Advertising to conduct all maintenance if necessary. 

Laws:

Smith Outdoor Advertising representatives are responsible for ensuring that all sign structures are built in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Insured:

Smith Outdoor Advertising will hold liability insurance to cover all losses that we may be responsible.  Therefore, Smith Outdoor Advertising ensures that the property owner is harmless from any claims or damages for bodily injuries and physical property damage caused by any of our sign structures or employees.

Factors that are considered from Smith Outdoor Advertising to determine the amount  we will pay you for leasing your property are:

·         Traffic Count

·         Advertisement Demand

·         Sign Visibility
